HOW TO PURCHASE

VIA EMAIL

1. Please identify the name or code of the item in your email ‘Subject’ header.

2. Send your email to blackboxrc@gmail.com and don’t forget to include the following particulars:
a) Your name
b) Your email address
c) Your address
d) Your contact number
e) Name or code & quantity of the item(s)

3. Your email will be replied within 24 hours, indicating the status of the item (either available or sold).

4. Once you have confirmed to purchase the item(s), you will be provided with a Maybank or CIMB account number for payment. Payment has to be made within 2 days from the date of your confirmation. The item(s) will be available for sale again if you fail to comply.

5. Please email your payment receipt as proof of payment made. Your item(s) will be delivered after the payment has been made.

VIA SMS

1. Send your SMS to either Hairie or Razif and don’t forget to include the following particulars:
a) Your name
b) Your address
c) Your contact number
d) Name or code & quantity of the item(s)

2. Your SMS will be replied within 24 hours, indicating the status of the item (either available or sold).

3. Once you have confirmed to purchase the item(s), you will be provided with a Maybank or CIMB account number for payment. Payment has to be made within 2 days from the date of your confirmation. The item(s) will be available for sale again if you fail to comply.

5. Please inform us when payment has been made. Your item(s) will be delivered once your payment has been received.

1. Please be informed that some parts & accessories are in stock while some may need to be pre-ordered.

2.Pre-ordered item(s) is/are expected to arrived maximum within 10 to 15 days from the pre-ordered date.

¨ Purchase at your own risk. BlackBox RC will not be held responsible for damaged or lost item(s) during the delivery of goods.

¨ Goods will be delivered after full payment is received within 2 days from the date of your confirmation. If you fail to comply, your order will be canceled automatically.

¨ Postage fees depend on the weight of the item(s); you will be advised accordingly.
